WORLD DAY FOR HEALTH AND SAFETY AT WORK

Today marks the annual World Day for Health and Safety at Work, which is an international campaign to promote health and safety within the workplace.

Main topic this year is how we as a business; “anticipate, prepare and respond to crises”,  highlighting the importance in how we invest in resilient occupational safety and health management systems.

The attached  report examines elements of a strong and resilient OSH system. It provides examples from the COVID-19 pandemic to highlight the way in which OSH systems can build strength following a crisis, enabling them to face unforeseen challenges in the future and protect the safety and health of workers – while supporting the survival and business continuity of enterprises.
